Cancellation and Returns Policy

Sarah laloum tourism llc ("Sarah Laloum Tourism") acts as an intermediary and provides tickets for attractions and hotel booking services in Dubai. Sarah Laloum Tourism is not the operator of the attractions nor the owner of the hotels, but solely provides the tickets and bookings. Therefore, the cancellation terms in each case are subject to the supplier's policy — the attraction or the hotel.

1. Cancellation Policy — Attractions

Please note: In accordance with the supplier's cancellation terms, no cancellation will be permitted for any attraction. Once a ticket for an attraction has been purchased, no refund or credit of any kind will be issued, without exception. All ticket purchases are final and absolute.

2. Cancellation Policy — Hotels

Cancellation of a hotel booking is subject to the cancellation terms of the specific hotel booked. If the hotel's terms allow for cancellation, the following conditions will apply:

• Sarah Laloum Tourism will submit a cancellation request for the stay to the hotel.
• The final decision regarding cancellation rests solely with the hotel.
• If the hotel approves the cancellation — the customer will receive a credit voucher valid for one year from the date of issue.
• The credit voucher may be redeemed for future bookings through Sarah Laloum Tourism only.

3. Exceptional Cases — Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure occurrence such as war, as a result of which all flights to and from Israel have been cancelled, Sarah Laloum Tourism will act to submit a cancellation request to the hotel. Subject to the hotel's approval, the customer will receive a credit voucher valid for one year. No monetary refund will be issued.

It is important to emphasize: even in cases of force majeure, the final decision rests solely with the hotel. Sarah Laloum Tourism cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

4. General Clarification

Sarah Laloum Tourism provides tickets to the attraction and not the attraction or hotel itself. All cancellation terms, including exceptional cases, are dependent exclusively on the supplier's policy (the attraction or the hotel).
